Atelier de Dress – Refund & Exchange Policy
We kindly inform our customers that we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, we do accept exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a faulty or damaged item.
- You received the wrong size and need to exchange it.
Exchange Conditions:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
